Dr Stanimira Milcheva has been awarded the Cushman and Wakefield (former DTZ) Research Institute “Best Paper Prize” for 2013. Her paper “Cross-Border Capital Flows into Real Estate: A Panel Data Analysis”, was co-authored by Andrew Baum and Franz Fuerst, both from the University of Cambridge.
